Method:
Sauté 1 chopped onion, 2 garlic cloves, and 1 tsp ginger in 1 tbsp olive oil. Add 3 chopped carrots, 1 tsp turmeric, pinch black pepper, and 3 cups vegetable broth. Simmer 15 min, blend, stir in ½ cup coconut milk and salt.

Method:
Cook 1 onion, 2 garlic cloves, 1 celery stalk, 1 cup broccoli, and 1 zucchini in 3 cups vegetable broth for 15 min. Blend with 1 cup spinach, parsley, salt, and lemon juice.

Method:
