- Lunch Box Cake
Ingredients
• 1/2 cup All-purpose Flour
• 1/4 cup Sugar
• 1/4 cup Butter (softened)
• 1 Egg
• 2 tbsp Milk
• 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
• Frosting of choice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Cream butter and sugar until light.
- Add egg and mix well.
- Fold in flour and baking powder with milk.
- Pour batter into a small greased tin.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes.
- Cool and decorate with frosting.
Jar Cake
Ingredients
• 1/2 cup All-purpose Flour
• 1/4 cup Sugar
• 1 Egg
• 1/4 cup Butter
• 1 tbsp Cocoa Powder
• Cream & Chocolate Ganache
Instructions
- Bake a simple chocolate sponge and let it cool.
- Cut cake into small pieces.
- In a jar, add cake layer, cream, and ganache.
- Repeat layers until jar is full.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
Cup Cake
Ingredients
• 1/2 cup All-purpose Flour
• 1/4 cup Sugar
• 1 Egg
• 1/4 cup Butter
• 3 tbsp Milk
• 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
• Buttercream Frosting
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Beat butter and sugar until creamy.
- Add egg and mix well.
- Fold in flour, baking powder, and milk.
- Fill cupcake liners 3/4 full.
- Bake for 18–20 minutes.
- Cool and frost.
Bento Cake

• 1/2 cup All-purpose Flour
• 1/3 cup Sugar
• 1 Egg
• 1/4 cup Butter
• 3 tbsp Milk
• 1 tbsp Cocoa Powder
• Chocolate Ganache

- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Cream butter and sugar.
- Add egg and mix well.
- Fold in flour, cocoa powder, and milk.
- Bake in a small round tin for 20–25 minutes.
- Cool and cover with ganache.
- Decorate as desired.

• 2/3 cup Sugar
• 2 Eggs
• 1/2 cup Butter
• 3 tbsp Milk
• Jam or Cream Filling

- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Cream butter and sugar.
- Add eggs one by one.
- Fold in flour and milk.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes.
- Cool, slice cake horizontally, and add filling.
- Cut into slices and serve
Tea Cake

• 1/2 cup Butter
• 2 Eggs
• 1/4 cup Milk
• 1 tsp Baking Powder

- Add eggs and mix well.
- Fold in flour, baking powder, and milk.
- Pour batter into loaf pan.
- Bake for 40–45 minutes.
- Cool, slice, and serve with tea.
