  1. Lunch Box Cake

Ingredients
• 1/2 cup All-purpose Flour
• 1/4 cup Sugar
• 1/4 cup Butter (softened)
• 1 Egg
• 2 tbsp Milk
• 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
• Frosting of choice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Cream butter and sugar until light.
  3. Add egg and mix well.
  4. Fold in flour and baking powder with milk.
  5. Pour batter into a small greased tin.
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes.
  7. Cool and decorate with frosting.

Jar Cake

Ingredients
• 1/2 cup All-purpose Flour
• 1/4 cup Sugar
• 1 Egg
• 1/4 cup Butter
• 1 tbsp Cocoa Powder
• Cream & Chocolate Ganache

Instructions

  1. Bake a simple chocolate sponge and let it cool.
  2. Cut cake into small pieces.
  3. In a jar, add cake layer, cream, and ganache.
  4. Repeat layers until jar is full.
  5. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.

Cup Cake

Ingredients
• 1/2 cup All-purpose Flour
• 1/4 cup Sugar
• 1 Egg
• 1/4 cup Butter
• 3 tbsp Milk
• 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
• Buttercream Frosting

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Beat butter and sugar until creamy.
  3. Add egg and mix well.
  4. Fold in flour, baking powder, and milk.
  5. Fill cupcake liners 3/4 full.
  6. Bake for 18–20 minutes.
  7. Cool and frost.

Bento Cake

• 2/3 cup Sugar
• 2 Eggs
• 1/2 cup Butter
• 3 tbsp Milk
• Jam or Cream Filling

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).

  3. Add eggs one by one.
  4. Fold in flour and milk.
  5. Bake for 30–35 minutes.
  6. Cool, slice cake horizontally, and add filling.
