Homemade Dough!

A must try Homemade Wontons/ Egg Rolls Wrap

Tastes Way better than store bought!

Recipe:
2 1/2 cups flour
2 eggs
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup warm water
Cornstarch for dusting

Steps:
In a bowl, add all ingredients except cornstarch. Mix well until combined. Form into a ball and knead for 5-8 minutes. Cover and let it rest fo 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes, divide the dough into small parts. Form into little pieces (ball). Dust with flour or cornstarch. Using rolling pin, flatten it out to make wonton size wraps or egg roll wraps. Add extra cornstarch in between wraps so it won’t stick together. Repeat the process till finish. 3 Ingredients- Homemade Egg Noodles

This recipe is so easy and taste delicious. Homemade noodles are the best to have!

Ingredients:
2 cups flour
3 eggs
1/2 tsp salt

STEPS:
In a bowl, combine flour, eggs and salt. Mix till combined. Knead it for 10 mins.
Cover and rest for 30 minutes.
Divide in half and roll out using a any cutter or pasta cutter.
Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook noodles for 1-2 minutes.
Drain, and wash under cold water and set aside. Drizzle with 1 tbsp of oil so it won’t get sticky. You can use it immediately or freeze for later use. Enjoy!
