1) Classic Potato Chips

Ingredients
• 2 lbs potatoes
• Oil for frying
• Salt

Instructions

  1. Wash and peel potatoes (optional).
  2. Slice very thin using a knife or mandoline.
  3. Soak slices in cold water 30 minutes to remove starch.
  4. Drain and pat completely dry.
  5. Heat oil to 350°F (175°C).
  6. Fry in batches 3–5 minutes until golden and crisp.
  7. Drain on paper towels and sprinkle salt immediately.

2) Salt & Vinegar Chips

Ingredients
• 2 lbs potatoes
• 1/4 cup white vinegar
• Oil for frying
• Salt

Instructions

  1. Slice potatoes thin.
  2. Soak in water mixed with vinegar for 30 minutes.
  3. Drain and dry thoroughly.
  4. Fry at 350°F until crispy.
  5. Sprinkle extra salt or vinegar powder if desired.

3) BBQ Chips

Ingredients
• 2 lbs potatoes
• Oil for frying

BBQ Seasoning:
• 2 tbsp brown sugar
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp onion powder
• 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Fry potato slices until crisp.
  2. Mix BBQ seasoning ingredients.
  3. Toss hot chips in seasoning immediately after frying.

4) Sour Cream & Onion Chips

Ingredients
• 2 lbs potatoes
• Oil for frying
• 1/4 cup sour cream powder
• 2 tsp onion powder
• 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Fry potato slices until golden.
  2. Mix sour cream powder, onion powder, and salt.
  3. Toss warm chips in seasoning.

5) Cheese Chips

Ingredients
• 2 lbs potatoes
• Oil for frying
• 1/2 cup grated parmesan
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• Salt

Instructions

  1. Fry chips until crispy.
  2. While still warm, sprinkle parmesan and garlic powder.
  3. Toss gently to coat evenly.

Ingredients
• 2 lbs potatoes
• Oil for frying
• 1 tsp chili powder
• 1/2 tsp paprika
• 1/2 tsp cayenne
• 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Fry chips until golden brown.
  2. Mix spices together.
  3. Sprinkle over hot chips and toss.
