Ingredients
2 lbs steak, cut into bite-sized chunks
2 lbs baby potatoes, quartered
1 medium onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup beef broth
½ cup heavy cream
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt & black pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley or chives, for garnish
Instructions
Prepare Ingredients: In a large bowl, toss steak and potatoes with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Layer in Crockpot: Add diced onions and garlic to the crockpot. Layer seasoned steak and potatoes on top.
Add Liquids: Pour in beef broth and heavy cream. Stir gently.
Cook: Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours, until steak is tender and potatoes are cooked through.
Add Cheese & Bacon: In the last 10 minutes, sprinkle cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon over the top. Cover until cheese melts.
Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley or chives. Serve hot straight from the crockpot.
