⭐ 1. American Buttercream

How to Make:

⭐ 2. Swiss Meringue Buttercream
Silky, smooth, less sweet, stable.

Ingredients:

  • 4 egg whites
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1½ cups unsalted butter, soft
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • Pinch of salt

How to Make:

  1. Heat egg whites + sugar over a double boiler to 160°F, whisking.
  2. Whip until glossy, stiff, and bowl is cool.
  3. Add butter gradually until creamy.
  4. Add vanilla + salt.

Ingredients:

  • 4 egg whites
