Chocolate Fudge with Sea Salt

  • 14 oz (400 g) chocolate (milk or dark)
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz / 397 g)
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Sea salt flakes (for topping)

Instructions:

  1. Chop the chocolate into small pieces.
  2. In a saucepan over low heat, add the chocolate and butter.
  3. Stir continuously until fully melted and smooth.
  4. Add the sweetened condensed milk and mix well until thick and creamy.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
  6. Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  7. Pour the mixture into the pan and spread evenly.
  8. Sprinkle sea salt flakes on top.
  9. Refrigerate for 2–3 hours until firm.
  10. Cut into small squares and serve.

Tips:

  • For a more professional result, use couverture chocolate.
  • Warm the knife slightly before cutting for clean edges.
