Simple Fresh Celery Juice

Ingredients
1 bunch fresh celery (about 8–10 stalks)
1/2 lime or lemon (optional)
1/2 cup cold water (if blending)
Optional: small piece fresh ginger

Method 1: Using a Juicer (Best Option)

Wash celery thoroughly.

Cut into smaller pieces.

Run through juicer.

Squeeze in fresh lime juice if desired.

Serve immediately over ice.

 Method 2: Using a Blender

Chop celery into small pieces.

 Add to blender with 1/2 cup cold water.

 Blend until completely smooth.

 Strain through fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth.

Add lime juice and stir.

 Optional Add-Ins

Cucumber (milder taste)

 Green apple (natural sweetness)

Fresh mint

Parsley

 Pineapple (for tropical version)
