Ingredients (4 servings)
- 1–1.5 lb beef steak (sirloin or chuck), cut into chunks
- 2 cups potatoes, diced small
- 1–2 cups broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)
- 2 ears corn, cut into thick slices (or frozen corn rounds)
- 4–8 oz cheese (like Velveeta or cheddar), cubed
- 2–3 tbsp olive oil
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Optional: butter slices for extra flavor
Instructions
1. Preheat
- Oven to 400°F (200°C)
2. Prep foil packets
- Cut 4 large sheets of foil
- Lightly grease or spray them
3. Assemble
Divide evenly into each foil packet:
- Potatoes (bottom layer)
- Steak chunks
- Broccoli
- Corn pieces
4. Season
- Drizzle olive oil over each packet
- Sprinkle salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika
- Add a small cube of butter (optional but )
5. Seal
- Fold foil tightly into sealed packets (keep juices inside)
6. Bake
- Place on a baking tray
- Bake for 30–40 minutes, until:
- Potatoes are tender
- Steak is cooked to your liking
7. Add cheese
- Carefully open packets
- Add cheese cubes on top
- Return to oven for 5 minutes until melted
8. Serve
- Eat прямо from the foil or plate it up
- Spoon juices over everything

- Cut potatoes small so they cook through
- Don’t overcrowd packets
- For crisp edges, open foil for last 5–10 minutes
