At this point you need to bring the fruit into the glass jars and then pour into them hot water. After filling the jars to the brim, leave them aside for 10 minutes. I recommend that it is important to place the lids on each pot without closing it.
After the necessary time, pour the water from the jars into a saucepan and bring it to the boil again.
Then bring two tablespoons of sugar into the fruit, then pour the water back into the jars once it is boiled.
Closing glass jars and storing fruit.
We pour the water until we leave the edge of each pot free using a ladle, after which we close everything tightly.
All that remains is to wrap the glass jars in two towels and put them aside.
At this point, let them hang 24 hours to cool to room temperature.
After that we can perfectly store the fruit until 12 months.
