- Whole milk (any amount)
Steps:
- Pour milk into a wide pan or baking sheet.
- Heat in a dehydrator or oven at lowest temp (140–170°F / 60–75°C).
- Dry until completely brittle, 8–12 hours depending on thickness.
- Break into flakes and blend into a fine powder.
- Store airtight.
Notes:
This dissolves well in hot liquids, works beautifully in doughs, frostings, and mixes.
2️⃣ Homemade Powdered / Confectioners’ Sugar
- Granulated sugar
- 1 tsp cornstarch per cup (optional, prevents clumping)
Steps:
- Blend sugar in a high‑speed blender until fluffy.
- Add cornstarch if you want it to behave like store‑bought.
- Sift for ultra‑fine texture.
3️⃣ Homemade Cocoa Powder
- Roasted cacao nibs
Steps:
- Roast nibs at 250°F (120°C) for 10–15 min to dry them.
