Instructions

1. Prepare Your Ingredients

  1. Wash and dry all fresh vegetables.
  2. Slice tomatoes, cucumber, avocado, and onion thinly.
  3. Grate carrot if using.

2. Make the Spread

  1. Mix mayonnaise with a pinch of salt, pepper, and finely chopped herbs.
  2. Optionally, add a teaspoon of Dijon mustard for tanginess.

3. Assemble the Sandwich

  1. Toast the bread lightly for extra crunch.
