Homemade Ketchup (Old-School Style)
Ingredients: • 1 can (28 oz) tomatoes
- ¼ cup vinegar
- ½ cup honey
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp sea salt
- ¼ tsp paprika
Instructions:
- Blend canned tomatoes until completely smooth.
- Pour into a saucepan and stir in vinegar, honey, and all spices.
- Simmer uncovered on low heat for 30–40 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thick and rich.
- Cool completely, transfer to a jar, and refrigerate.
