​A playful and festive Easter masterpiece featuring chocolate-dipped strawberry “carrots” rooted in cookie “soil,” complete with a tiny bunny burrowing into the garden. Perfect for Easter celebrations, spring brunch spreads, or gifting in a charming Easter treat box.
Ingredients
1 lb large fresh strawberries (with green stems intact)
1 bag (10–12 oz) orange candy melts
1 bag (10–12 oz) white candy melts
15–20 chocolate sandwich cookies, blitzed into fine crumbs
Small amount of white fondant
Pink fondant (or pink food coloring to tint white fondant)
Long white rectangular gift box or serving tray
Parchment paper
Instructions
Prep the Holiday Ingredients
Rinse strawberries and dry them thoroughly. Moisture will prevent the candy shell from adhering.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Pulverize chocolate sandwich cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or by sealing them in a zip-top bag and smashing with a rolling pin. Set aside as your “Easter soil.”
